Nupurinkartano virtual model

New residential area is being planned in the area of Nupurinkartano between Nupurinjärvi and Nupurinkalliontie. Idea planning and planning process of the area are in the making (spring 2008). The goal of the planning is to create characteristic residential district near good traffic communications.

3D Render Ltd gave its service to the designers of architectural agency Petri Rouhiainen and YIT by virtualizing their plans during the project. In practice the ideas and sketches of the designers were modeled in real-time 3D format during the period that lasted more than half year.

"Digital scale model" was revised 13 times either with planners and Render or in broader meeting including stakeholders.

As soon as three dimensional draft plan was accepted on behalf of the builder and the planners, it was introduced to the city planning board. Clear and informative presentation evoke lots of conversation amongst participants. It was easy for specialists to give answers simply by pointing out and explaining conserned sections from the model in real-time.

Due to the meeting the project proceeded in planning process. It was possible to carefully go through the entire plan in one meeting and validate it. Decision 28.5.2008.
