3D Render organises a seminar for decision-makers in the building industry to promote its own existence. The seminar gives voice to top names from within and outside of the industry.

Mikko Kosonen, representative of Sitra, the Finnish innovation fund, spoke about strategic agility. Kosonen is considered one of the main architects of Nokia’s success story and has, together with the Frenchman Yves Dozin, published a book on the subject called Fast Strategy.

Alex Morris, partner at Hayes Davidson, London, gave a talk on the role of architectural visualisation in the building process, as a force for change in the hectically developing London real estate business.

Olavi Louko, head of the Espoo municipality Technical services, encouraged designers and builders to present bolder visions and new thinking to boost the idea process in development projects.

Hannu I Miettinen, project development manager of SRV Plc, gave a presentation on the subject of the construction company as a regional developer. Hannu I Miettinen is best known as the father of the High Tech Centre (HTC) concept.

Antti-Pekka Kaartinen, Minna Rosendahl and Tomas Westerholm spoke about the powerful vision of strengthening cooperation and decision-making between stakeholders in the building process – that it is all about sharing common goals.
